We totally agree!!!
"We don't have the best labelling in this country, it can be a difficult
to interpret," says nutrition expert Dr Joanna McMillan.
"I always teach people to read the ingredients list first. That tells you how good the food is."
If this reads like a list of food ingredients that you could buy
yourself and use to make the product at home, then it's pretty good,
regardless of what the nutrition panel says, advises Joanna.
"If you don't recognise what's in it, then put the product back."
